The location was excellent. It was just down the street from the GPO and the Spire! The staff were friendly and helpful from our arrival to our departure.
The room was quite small. There was also noise at night because music played in the street past midnight! I used ear plugs.

The staff were REALLY friendly. The location is perfect. All the main attractions were within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel kindly made an exception for me missing the dinner hour cutoff. I got delicious bangers and mash.
The room faced the front of the building. It was a NIGHTMARE in terms of noise level. I found it difficult to get any sleep because the music played until the early hours.

The staff were tremendously helpful. They offered advice about the city. They helped secure my bags a few hours after check-out time. The reception staff were generally very attentive and provided quick responses to my inquiries, which I appreciated.

the reception staff was very helpful providing local information and directions the bar nearby had great pizza i liked its taste the location was central near shops and transport i could easily reach everything. the bus to the airport was also easy to catch from a nearby stop.
the room felt small for the price i paid the lack of space impacted my comfort the bathroom was also pretty small and a bit outdated which was a drawback

i stayed at a twin room. the location was very central, near many shops and restaurants! breakfast included tasty options, a proper start for exploring the city. the reception desk was always staffed, and i felt my belongings were secure.

The location proved very convenient for accessing local attractions. I found the proximity to public transport particularly useful. The provided breakfast was quite satisfying and offered a decent selection. My room had a TV. It was nice to relax after a long day.

The hotel has excellent accessibility to city center attractions. I found a Tesco and Lidl store very close for necessities. The express bus to the airport is nearby, made travel easy. The bar beside the place was a bonus for evening relaxation.
The walls seemed thin, and I heard some noise from adjacent rooms.

The staff was very nice. they offered helpful local restaurant recommendations. They accommodate my last minute needs with early check in. It was a pleasure to speak with such thoughtful people, I am grateful.
